Our Process

Design. Validate & Analyse. Deliver.

Benchmarking Solutions has revisited and refined the traditional, largely inefficient process of benchmarking to overcome the shortfalls often associated with this exercise and to add value wherever possible.

The professional, consultative approach adopted by Benchmarking Solutions adds content and context to ensure a complete understanding of requirements and accuracy of data.

The Benchmarking Solutions Methodology is a clearly defined set of three phases and a tested and proven way to conduct a benchmark.

1. Design
This steps ensures that any issues typically associated with a classic benchmark exercise are overcome.

2. Validate & Analyse
As benchmarking results depend on a number of factors - one of the most important being the correct and appropriate validation of data - Benchmarking Solutions validates collected customer data against the peer group and multiple market data sources.

3. Deliver
We aim to deliver dependable, high-impact facts, based on market intelligence and benchmarking information in a qualitative report and presentation supported by baseline data.
