CIO Summit (in association with the CIO Executive Council)

IDC and CIO magazine's 2009 CIO Summit will focus on the key issues and themes raised by CIOs in IDC's Forecast For Management Survey. The survey completed in 2008 revealed that in 2009 CEOs will be focused on improving productivity, customer service, rapid deployment and leveraging customer intelligence. As a result, CIOs are tasked with delivering collaborative technologies better knowledge management and BI, better storage, security and network infrastructure.

IDC analysts and CIOs will present their knowledge and insight during the CIO Summit. The event program has been developed in partnership with CIO magazine and CIOs who are members of the CIO Executive Council (incorporating IDC's InTEP program).

Advanced Customer Care & Retention Conference
